Services

MmedGhostLab provides research and writing services for medical registrars completing their MMed degree. Services include topic ideation, protocol writing, literature reviews, data analysis, and thesis writing.

All work is delivered on an async-first basis using Kanban project management. No in-person meetings are required or offered.

Intellectual Property

You own the copyright to all deliverables we create for you. Once payment is received in full, all rights transfer to you completely.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your university's policies on external assistance. We provide research and writing support; you are responsible for final submission and academic integrity.

Payment Terms

• All packages require 50% upfront payment to begin work
• Remaining balance is due before final deliverable is released
• Prices are quoted in ZAR and USD equivalents
• No refunds once work has commenced, except in cases of non-delivery

Revisions

Revision policies vary by package:

• Topic Ideation: 2 revision rounds included
• Protocol Package: 3 revision rounds included
• Literature Review: 2 revision rounds included
• Thesis Only: 3 revision rounds per chapter
• February 2026 Cohort: 3 revision rounds per deliverable
• Emergency Track: Expedited revision cycles (rounds as agreed in scope)

Revisions must be requested within scope of original deliverable. Major scope changes may incur additional fees. Additional revision rounds beyond the included amount are available at an hourly rate.

Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at project start. Timelines depend on project complexity, data availability, and your responsiveness to questions.

Delays caused by late data provision, supervisor feedback loops, or university processes do not constitute grounds for refund.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your project, data, and identity. We do not share your work with third parties or reuse content across clients.

Limitation of Liability

MmedGhostLab provides research and writing services. We do not guarantee:

• Acceptance by your university or ethics committee
• Approval by your supervisor
• Specific academic outcomes or grades

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• You receive all work completed to date
• You are charged for work completed proportional to total project scope
• Remaining prepaid balance is refunded within 14 days

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
